He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur and a Master’s degree in Finance (MS) from the New York University. He has over 25 years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry. A great leader and a talented business personnel, Mr. Jain holds the position of the Managing Director for the company.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He has over 30 years of experience in the steel and power sector. He has been the Director of the company since 2013. Mr. Pati heads the administration and plant operations division.

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has a vast experience of more than 10 years in the field of finance, accounts and taxation. He holds the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company and takes care of entire finance & taxation related activities.

He is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also holds bachelor’s degree in law, with a rich experience of 17 years across Corporate Laws, ue Diligence, Corporate Governance, Capital Markets & Merchant Banking with exposures in multiple legal assignments. He holds the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and also takes care of legal activities of the company.

He is a BTech graduate in Mining Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela and has over 15 years of experience in the steel manufacturing industry. He sets and evolves the strategic direction for the company and provides stewardship in managing commercials, purchases, and marketing operations.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Sambalpur University and a Master’s in Business Administration from LBSIM, New Delhi. He has over 35 years of diverse experience in the fields of finance, procurement, business planning, marketing and sales. His current responsibilities include sales & marketing, sourcing of strategic fuel, procurement of plant consumables & IT solutions for SMFA Group along with the other general procurements. He also serves as a core committee member of organizational crisis management.
